Please note an extra fee may occur if the goods are required to go up/down stairs or an elevator. If the item(s) does not fit, it will be left at ground level so please check measurements.

Deliveries

Please choose carefully as there is a NO RETURN policy on item(s) that will not fit into a property.

We also freight throughout New Zealand. For these costs you will receive a quote after your online purchase is completed. All orders outside of Auckland or Cambridge will have freight added once orders are received by Kiwi Home Store.

Lead times

Beds - We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 weeks subject to availability of stock.
Bedroom Furniture - Please enquire for stock availability.
Living & Dining - Please enquire for stock availability.
Sofas & Armchairs - Made to order. Production time is 6-8 weeks.
Sofa Beds - Made to order. Production time is 6-8 weeks.
